Ground Salsa -Hot

2 Large tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) Chiles Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
3 Green Jalapenos, cut in half (do not seed)
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 Large white onion
1 T. Vinegar
1 bunch cilantro
1 T. Salt


Roast tomatoes over open flame until skin is charred.

Remove skin

Place all remaining ingredients in a food processor (do not use a blender)

Pulse carefully until all ingredients are coarsely chopped

This stuff should be chunky
